Friday night so a short walk down to town as is the norm in our house, this time with my wife jane for a few games of cards. Going to visit a couple of pubs today, got to get the number’s in now.

Lively pub often with bands on but luckily not at the moment ( I’m old and miserable). Nice pint of bitter.

Golden Lion - Frodsham

Known locally as the corner house another Samuel smiths pub. Large orderly pub again with a good set of rules. Another good pint of Alpine.
