Day 13

A sunny Sunday so I decide to go rural and head towards Norley via Kingsley. I walk through Catton hall to get to Kingsley and it is very pleasant. I enjoy my trips in to Runcorn but this is quite a contrast with miles of farm land. I meet Arnold my dad at the red bull.

The Red Bull- Kingsley

Just after kingsley cricket field where a game is in progress I happen across the Red Bull. I’ve not been in here in years. Plenty of people sat outside on this glorious day. I order a fine pint of Weetwood Best Bitter and seek some shade in the beer garden.

A pleasant walk to the Carriers. A very nice beer garden and a good pint of bitter. Nirvana playing on the jukebox so thumbs up from me.

My dad’s local. I’ve been coming here for many years. A good pint of wainwrights bitter in this pleasant country pub. The picture is an old one as I keep forgetting to take photos of the pubs.
